Hatching Hope uses a market systems approach to improve nutrition and economic livelihoods by supporting smallholder poultry farmers to improve production, succeed in markets, and increase demand by promoting the nutritional value of their products. Working across these three areas, Hatching Hope fills gaps, fixes bottlenecks, and uncovers opportunities in local poultry systems.

Every community and marketplace is unique so there is no one-size-fits-all model. Hatching Hope works with communities to co-design customized approaches that prioritize local assets and resources, needs and aspirations, and cultures and preferences.
